CIMA is required to remit major public interest cases to the Accountancy and Actuarial Disciplinary Board (AADB). CIMA Council is responsible for the formation of byelaws and regulations relating to conduct and the disciplinary process but is not allowed, as is common across the professions, to participate in the progress of a complaint.”
