Margaret May V CIMA, Revised High Court Judgment Date

The revised date for the High Court judgment in the judicial review of Margaret May and CIMA is now expected to be delivered in early June.

This is a high-profile case and it is hoped the High Court ruling might also give some guidance on CIMA’s internal complaints and disciplinary process for use in other cases.

I have represented and advised clients in the accounting disciplinary process so will be watching for the results with interest!
