China and EU Agree Trade Deal on Solar Panels

The damaging  trade dispute between the EU and China over solar panels has been  settled by agreement. To meet EU allegations of dumping China  has undertaken to sell a certain proportion of solar panels above a set price.  With Europe an ever-growing market for solar energy and China being a major supplier the deal was welcomed by both sides. The European solar panel  manufacturers’ association has, though, expressed concerns.
