HMRC Website Moving to Gov.uk

HMRC’s self-assessment guides will move to the general Gov.uk website around 21st August. This is part of the move to steadily put all government department into the Gov.uk site. HMRC’s content will steadily be moved over to the new Gov.uk site, and some is already there, eg claiming income tax reliefs. A current problem with Gov.uk is that its a bit basic often doesn’t give much solid information. Hopefully the HMRC content will not be lost or dumbed-down on moving to Gov.uk.
