HMRC Phasing-Out Use of Premium 0845 Numbers

HMRC is phasing out its use of 0845 telephone numbers and moving to 03 numbers. According to the government 03 number costs up to 9p a minute from landlines and 40p a minute from mobiles, similar to calling a geographical numbers. This compares to up to 12p a minute to 0845 numbers from landlines and up to 40p from mobiles. But prices can vary depending on telephone provider or carrier.
