Non-HMRC Phishing Email and Scam Alerts

Fraudsters sending email or phone phishing scams pretending to be from HMRC are a common problem. This week HMRC published a guide “Phishing emails and bogus contact: HM Revenue and Customs examples” available on their part of the government Gov.UK website. As ever beware of clicking on suspicious links or providing personal information unless totally sure it is secure and genuine.
