SNP Does Well for Scotland on Devolved Tax

The SNP government in Edinburgh has done very well for Scotland in the new block grant and devolved tax powers negotiations with the UK Treasury. In particular the deal protects the Barnet formula, under which Scotland gets extra money to from the rest of the UK. But while the SNP stood up for Scotland it seems the UK Treasury badly let down the rest of the UK: Northern Ireland, England, Wales, NEW UK, and made people there pay extra for UK Treasury mistakes.
