Possible Devolved Tax Powers for Wales

The Welsh Assembly is to receive further tax devolution powers. As well as it own Welsh land transaction tax from April 2018 by 2019 it will also have certain powers to adjust income tax rates from 2019.
Very fair to Wales and well done to the Assembly. But the UK Parliament in London does not have any plans to give similar tax powers to England.
